On Monday 15th – Tuesday 16th May, the Croydon School Nurse Team will visit our school to carry out vision testing for all children in Reception. This is part of the national health-screening programme offered to all children in their first year of school.

More information regarding vision testing is attached to this email.

If you are happy for your child to be seen and their vision checked, you do not need to do anything else.

If you do not want your child to be seen, please write to the service by emailing: CH-TR.croydonschoolnurses@nhs.net within the next 14 days.
